Multiple Payment Methods

We accept major debit and credit cards, such as Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB. We also accept additional payment methods in checkout such as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Packing

The print will be sent in the board-backed envelope to avoid damage during shipping. The large prints from 54 x 46 cm will be sent in a tube. For canvases 50x60 cm and bigger please do not choose the parcel terminal.

Shipping Domestic

By the Postal Service or Parcel Terminal Service within 2-7 business days after receiving the order.

Shipping International

By the Postal Service within 7-14 business days after receiving the order.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. The returned items should be returned in the same package following the same safety measures so that the items will not be damaged during transport. Once items received, your credit card or paypal account will be refund by order sum. We do not cover the shipping costs of the returned items.
